What is Heart Box?
Heartbox is Scottish subscription box which will be delivered to you each month with 5 or 6 gifts inside to give you a Scottish experience every month. Your subscription is renewed based on your own personal preferences. Occasionally we will personalise some of your Heartbox gifts so make sure to keep your profile up to date.
What can I expect to find in my box?
5 or 6 exciting items each month as well as a Scottish Recipe you can create at home. Gifts will vary and can all be used, shared, eaten or gifted.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We don’t think you’ll want to but of course and it’s really simple to do via your profile, we appreciate all feedback so if you do decide to cancel please pop us any feedback in our contact section (although this is not mandatory).
Cancellation will take effect immediately, for any boxes processed before this date that are already in transit please follow the returns guidelines.
Can I change my preferences?
Yes, you sure can. This will take affect from your new box.
Can you ship to me overseas?
Yes we can, we ship internationally worldwide. All boxes are supplied fully tracked, this is an upgraded feature with no extra cost to our Heartbox customers. Boxes are shipped at the start of each month and delivery time varies depending on where you are located in the world.
When will I receive my first box?
Your box is shipped in the first week of the following month following your subscripton, so if you subscribe on the 20th of May, your first box will be shipped in the first week of June.
Can I send this to someone else as a gift?
Yes! We will also supply you with a Gift Certificate on request which can be printed or emailed to the lucky recipient.
How do you send me my box?
Boxes are shipped at the start of each month fully tracked, this is an upgraded feature with no extra charge to our Heartboxers. You will receive full tracking details by email.
Can I return my box?
Our returns policy last for 30 days, your box can be returned provided the item is unused and in the same condition as it was received in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you in writing if your refund has been approved. All refunds will be credited automatically to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
Are you impacted as a result of Covid 19?
